We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Branch Manager to support and lead a team of Mortgage Loan Officers. The Branch Manager will be responsible for recruiting and developing a team of top-tier professionals to join our organization. This position offers an exciting opportunity to lead and mentor a team while driving business growth and contributing to the overall success and expansion of our company including regional development.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of Remote Mortgage Loan Officers, providing guidance, support, and coaching to maximize performance and productivity.
- Develop and implement strategies to achieve branch sales goals, monitor progress, and adjust strategies as needed to drive revenue growth.
- Foster a positive and collaborative team environment, promoting a culture of excellence, integrity, and teamwork.
- Oversee branch origination duties, including compliance, marketing, and customer service, to ensure efficiency and adherence to company policies and industry regulations.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, real estate partners, and industry stakeholders to enhance business opportunities and promote brand reputation.
- Recruit and onboard additional Mortgage Loan Officers and support staff as needed to expand branch operations and meet business objectives.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in mortgage lending, with at least 2 years in a managerial or leadership role.
- Proven track record of driving sales results, managing teams, and achieving business objectives.
- Strong knowledge of mortgage lending practices, regulations, and underwriting guidelines.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy, quality, and compliance in loan processing and operations.
- Must have an NMLS license and any state-specific licensing requirements.
- Familiarity with mortgage software and technology platforms.
